Ankle Weight 3kg - Black

The sand filling is evenly distributed so it doesn't bulge weirdly around my ankle, and the velcro closure feels secure enough for lunges without slipping. It's just the right weight for adding challenge to my daily walks around the neighborhood.

This ankle weight stays put even during burpees, which I was worried about. The fabric is soft enough to wear directly against my skin without irritation.

Finally a pair that actually stays put during my power walks - the Velcro straps are secure without digging in. Weighing exactly 3kg each, they add just enough resistance for my home glute workouts.
