وسادة التوازن - أزرق مخضر داكن

I've been using this cushion for my plank and squat sessions, and the way it forces my core to engage on every rep is exactly the challenge I needed. The dark teal finish is a nice bonus, but the instability is what really makes it earn its keep.

The deep teal color looks great in my home gym, and the firm but slightly grippy surface really forces my core to work during standing exercises. I've noticed better balance after just a few weeks of using it for my plank variations.

I’ve been using this cushion for my morning plank routine, and I can feel my core working much harder than on the floor. The non-slip bottom keeps it perfectly in place, even on a yoga mat. It’s a simple but effective upgrade for home workouts.
