Essential Grip Yoga Mat 5mm - Black

Finally, a mat that doesn’t slide under me during downward dog—the textured grip holds steady even when I sweat. The 5mm thickness cushions my knees on hard floors, and I’ve used it for both yoga and strength work all week. Exactly what I needed.

The textured surface gives me total confidence in downward dog, and the 5mm thickness provides just enough cushion without feeling bulky. It's held up well through daily flows.

I've had this mat for a few weeks now and the textured surface really does keep me stable even in sweaty vinyasa flows. It's grippy without being sticky, which is exactly what I needed for my home practice.
