إكسيتيوب لايت - رمادي دافئ

The tube’s length gives me plenty of room to do rows and presses without feeling cramped, and the grip is comfortable even during sweaty sessions. I’ve already worked it into my home routine for back and legs, and it holds up well.

The resistance bands are surprisingly sturdy and the warm grey color looks nicer in person than on screen. I’ve already found a dozen different exercises for my arms and legs without needing any extra attachments.

Took this on a week-long trip and it packed down to nothing in my carry-on. The resistance is solid enough for squats and rows, though I mainly use it for warm-ups before runs. Nice that one tube covers pretty much every muscle group.
