I started using these straps for heavy deadlifts and the extra wrist support has really cut down on the strain I used to feel. The cotton material is thick and grips the bar well without slipping, even when my hands get sweaty.

My wrists used to ache on heavy pull days, but these straps give me that extra support and I finally feel secure under load. The injury risk feels noticeably lower, which is exactly what I needed.

The stitching around the wrist loop looks solid, and the extra grip really helped my pull-ups without cutting into my hands. Only wish the padding was a bit thicker for heavy rows, but they do the job well.
