سجادة تدريب صغيرة - أخضر داكن

I unrolled this mat for the first time and was surprised by how well it grips the floor—no slipping during downward dog. The surface has just enough cushion to keep my knees comfortable on hard tiles. Perfect size for small spaces too.

I was pleasantly surprised by the density of the mat—it's firm enough to keep my balance steady during planks, yet soft on my knees. Perfect size for small apartment workouts, too.

The teal color is actually really nice in person and the mat doesn't slide around during lunges. I use it for stretching after runs and the cushioning feels just right without being squishy.
