طوبة يوغا - أسود

The density of this block gives me just the right support in triangle pose without any wobble, and it’s firm enough that I don’t sink into it during longer holds. I’m a beginner, and it’s made a real difference in how relaxed I feel in my practice.

I've been using this block under my hips for supported bridge and it doesn't budge or squish at all. The surface has just enough grip that my hands don't slide when I'm sweating through a longer hold.

The high density really surprised me in the best way—it doesn't budge even when I lean hard into a triangle pose. Perfect for deepening stretches without worrying about it tipping over.
