Yoga Mat Position 4mm - Blue Shadow

I was a bit worried about slipping during downward dog, but the grip on this mat is surprisingly solid even when I'm sweating. The blue shadow color is exactly what I wanted for my home practice.

The 4mm thickness is just right for home workouts—my knees don’t ache during planks anymore. It rolls up compact enough to toss in my bag, so I’ve started using it on lunch breaks too.

The grip is solid even on hardwood floors, and the 4mm thickness absorbs impact just enough for my knees during lunges. I’ve rolled it up and thrown it in my backpack for travel, and it still lies flat afterward. Definitely the cushioning-to-portability balance I was hunting for.
