Massage-Foamroller Medium – Schwarz

I've been using this foam roller for my post-run recovery and the medium firmness works perfectly for working out knots without being too aggressive on my sore muscles. The textured surface gives just the right amount of grip to roll through each muscle group smoothly.

This medium density roller hits the sweet spot—firm enough to work out knots in my quads but not so hard that I’m wincing. I’ve noticed better recovery and less tightness after using it for just a few minutes post-run.

I've been using this after leg day and the medium firmness is just right — not so hard it bruises, but enough to actually work the knots out of my quads. The black surface doesn't show sweat marks either, which is a nice bonus.
