Fascia elastica lunga Light - Grigio caldo

I’ve been using this for my warm-up routine and the grip is surprisingly secure even when I’m a bit sweaty. It stretches smoothly without any snapping or fraying, and the warm grey color is a nice change from the usual bright bands. Really happy with how it’s helping my recovery sessions.

Bought this mainly for recovery days and it's become the first thing I grab. The band stretches far enough for shoulder dislocates without snapping back too hard, and the warm grey doesn't show scuffs from the floor.

I've been using this for my morning warm-ups and the length makes it so much easier to do full range stretches without fighting the band. The light resistance is perfect for recovery days, and the warm grey color looks way nicer in my gym bag than my old bright one.
