可変式ダンベルセット 4.5-22.5kg - ブラック

The quick-change dial system is so smooth, I can switch between 4.5kg and 22.5kg in seconds without fiddling with loose plates. It’s really helped me push past my old weights without needing a whole rack of dumbbells.

I was skeptical about the weight range, but the 4.5kg to 22.5kg spread covers everything from curls to shoulder presses for me. The dial clicks are satisfyingly solid when switching plates.

The adjustable mechanism is way smoother than I expected, just twist and the weight changes in seconds between sets. I've been doing presses and rows in my living room and it honestly feels like a proper gym setup.
