Exercise Ball 18cm 1kg - Light Cashmere

I was worried 18cm would feel too small for pilates work, but it actually fits perfectly in one hand for those slow side-bend movements. The sand shifts just enough to make balancing feel alive instead of dead weight.

The 1kg of sand inside gives it just enough weight to make pilates moves feel challenging without being awkward, and the 18cm size fits perfectly in my hands. The light cashmere colour is a soft touch too.

I was skeptical about the 1kg sand filling, but it adds just enough resistance for my pilates core work without being too heavy. The 18cm size is compact enough to store easily, though I wish it came with an inflation pump for convenience.
