Sense Sculpt Bar 0.5kg - ライトカシミア

I've been grabbing this bar for every sculpt class since it arrived, and the ribbed surface makes it feel locked in my palm even when I'm dripping sweat. The 0.5kg weight is perfect for high-rep work without cheating my form. It's become a staple in my gym bag.

The ribbing is surprisingly tactile—my palms actually feel locked in during the final reps of a sweaty set. Light enough to swing around for warm-ups, but the weight still makes my shoulders burn by the end.

The ribbed surface on this 0.5kg bar gives me a secure grip even when my hands get sweaty mid-workout, and the light cashmere colour is a nice bonus.
