Wrist Weights 2x1kg - Black

The velcro closure is super easy to adjust, so I can slip them on and off in seconds during my home workouts. They feel snug without digging into my wrists, which makes them great for power walks too.

The sand-filled fabric is dense but doesn't feel bulky under my sleeves, and they stay put even during a brisk walk. I've been using them for arm circles and lunges, and the extra resistance is noticeable without being distracting.

Added these to my evening walks and barely notice them on my wrists, which is exactly what I wanted. The Velcro holds tight without digging in, and the 1kg weight is just enough to make my arms work a little harder.
