타원형 필라테스 및 트레이닝 매트 8mm - 다크브라운

The 8mm thickness is perfect—cushioned enough for my knees during lunges but firm enough to feel stable. The oval shape actually saves space in my small apartment, which was a nice surprise.

The laser-etched texture gives just enough grip that my hands don't slide during downward dog, and the dark brown hides scuffs from daily use really well. I've had it a few weeks now and the 8mm cushion still feels firm under my spine, no flattening yet.

The 8mm thickness is perfect for hard floors—my hips don’t ache at all during side-lying moves. The dark brown oval shape looks surprisingly elegant in my living room.
