I’ve been using this towel for hot yoga, and the silicone dots on the bottom are a lifesaver—no slipping even when I’m dripping sweat. It stays put through every downward dog, and the black color hides stains well. A solid upgrade from my old towel.

I sweat a lot during hot yoga and this towel stays put on the mat the whole time, no bunching at all. The silicone dots underneath really do their job, and it's thin enough that I barely notice it's there.

The silicone grip keeps the towel exactly where I need it during hot yoga, even when I’m dripping sweat by the third flow. Only wish the black showed less lint from my mat, but it’s held up fine through a few washes.
