Recovery 폼롤러 - Light Cashmere

My hips have been feeling so much less stiff since I started using this roller post-run—the light cashmere color is a nice bonus too. It’s just the right density to work out deep knots without being too painful.

Firm enough to really dig into tight quads but with a smooth surface that doesn't bruise, it's been my post-run ritual for two weeks now. The cashmere shade is subtle enough to leave out in the living room without it screaming "gym equipment.

I've been using this after leg day and the knots in my quads finally loosen up without me dreading the process. The surface has just enough give that it doesn't feel like rolling on concrete.
