Massage-schuimroller groot - Zwart

The large size really lets me work on full back releases, and the firm density provides deep pressure without feeling like it will flatten. I’ve noticed my recovery between pilates sessions feels noticeably smoother since adding this to my routine.

I’ve been using this foam roller for deep muscle release after my pilates sessions, and the firm density really helps target tension without losing its shape. The large size allows full-length stretches which surprised me for how stable it stays on the floor.

Finally, a foam roller that’s big enough to actually support my full back during pilates stretches. The firm texture gives just the right amount of pressure without feeling like it’s bruising me.
