訓練墊 中 - 深藍綠色

I’ve been using this mat for a few weeks now, and the extra cushioning really helps my knees during floor exercises. The dark teal is a nice change from the usual black or gray, and it stays put even on hardwood.

The dark teal color looks much richer in person, and the medium thickness gives just enough cushion for floor exercises without feeling unstable. It’s also stayed put on my hardwood floor, which is a nice surprise.

I’ve been using this mat for daily yoga flows and the dark teal color looks great in my home gym. The surface is soft enough for my knees during floor poses but still feels stable for balance work.
