Yoga Mat Position 4mm - Black/grey

The grip on this 4mm mat is exactly what I needed for sweaty home sessions—no slipping even in plank. It’s thin enough to roll into my carry-on, yet the cushioning makes knee-heavy poses totally bearable.

I was surprised how well this mat stays put on hardwood floors — no sliding during downward dog. The grip is solid even when I start to sweat, and it rolls up tight enough to toss in my gym bag.

The 4mm thickness is what sold me — thick enough that my knees don't ache during floor work, but it still rolls up tight enough to shove in my gym bag. Grip held up fine even when my hands got sweaty mid-session.
