I was skeptical a ball could replace my bench for core work, but the stability it forces during crunches is a game-changer. The 60cm size is perfect for my height and the surface has just enough grip to keep me planted on the floor.

This light cashmere color looks way better in person than online, and the textured surface gives just enough grip even when my hands get sweaty. I've been using it for core work and stability drills, and it holds air perfectly after weeks of daily use.

Abigail ★★★★★

Finally found a balance ball that doesn't look like it belongs in a gym; the light cashmere color blends right into my living room. Been using it for core work and it's surprisingly stable even during plank holds.
