Joseph S. ★★★★★

After a long run, this dark teal ball works wonders on my tight calves. The 7cm size is perfect for targeting knots without being too bulky to carry in my gym bag.

Christopher ★★★★★

I’ve been using this ball on my glutes after long runs, and the 7cm size really digs into those stubborn trigger points. It hits spots my foam roller just can’t reach.

Ellie ★★★★★

My lower back knots have been unreal after sitting at my desk all day, but this 7cm ball is firm enough to really dig into them without being painful. The dark teal color is a nice bonus for such a simple tool.
