Steel Wire Speed Rope - Black

The adjustable length means I can finally nail double unders without tripping mid-set, and the black finish looks sharp in the gym. Weighs just right for a fast spin, too—my forearms definitely feel the burn after twenty reps.

Took me two tries to get the length dialed in, but the adjustable design makes it easy to fine-tune for my height. The wire cuts through the air with almost no drag, so my double unders finally feel smooth instead of clunky.

The wire is thinner than I expected, which makes it whip through the air faster for double unders. I’ve been using it for high-intensity circuits and the smooth rotation feels solid even at speed. Took me a minute to adjust the length, but once set it stays put.
