The double-looped handle makes it so much easier to hold deep stretches without my hands slipping. I've finally been able to work on my hamstring flexibility without straining.

I’ve been using this strap to work on deeper hamstring stretches, and the adjustable loops let me find just the right tension without straining. The material has a nice grip that doesn’t slip during practice. It’s a solid upgrade from the old belt I was using.

The loop at the end makes it so easy to adjust my grip mid-stretch, and the material has just enough grip without being sticky.
