Alignment 瑜伽伸展帶 - Light Cashmere

The loop on this strap makes it so easy to adjust mid-pose, and the cashmere color is a nice change from the usual bright neons I've had. It's helped me hold my hamstring stretches longer without my shoulders tensing up.

Been using this strap daily for deeper hamstring stretches, and the smooth buckle lets me adjust the loop mid-pose without any fumbling. Definitely worth it for feeling safer in my practice.

My hamstrings finally stopped fighting me in forward folds. The cashmere loop is soft enough that it doesn't dig into my feet, which was my main worry, and it holds the pose steady so I can actually breathe instead of wobbling.
