Exercise Mat Comfort 7mm - Black

The 7mm thickness makes a real difference during core work—my spine finally feels cushioned on the floor. It's grippy enough that I don't slide around during downward dog, and rolls up easily for storage after a sweaty session.

Finally, a mat that doesn't leave my hips and knees sore after a tough pilates session. The 7mm cushion is just right for hard floors, yet I still feel stable during balance moves.

The 7mm thickness makes a real difference during core work; I don't feel the hard floor at all. It grips well on my hardwood and hasn't shifted once during my sessions.
