Exetube Wood Hard - 天然木材 /黑色

I was pleasantly surprised how light it is in my bag despite the solid wood construction, and changing resistance levels between exercises feels really intuitive.

The wood handles give a much better grip than the rubber-coated ones I've used before. I’ve already worked it into a few different arm and shoulder exercises at home.

I've been tossing this in my gym bag for weeks and barely notice the weight, which is exactly what I wanted from a resistance tool. The wooden grip doesn't get slippery even when my hands sweat, and it works fine for both arm and shoulder exercises.
