強力握力器 硬式 - 黑色

The rubberized grips on these are surprisingly comfortable even during longer sessions. I've noticed a real improvement in my forearm endurance after just a couple of weeks of consistent use.

I’ve been squeezing these daily for two weeks and my grip strength is already noticeably better. The pair is easy to hold onto even when my palms get sweaty, and the soft padding keeps it comfortable during longer sets.

The soft handles make a huge difference during longer sets—no more digging into my palms. I’ve had mine for a month and the grip still feels solid, plus they came in a pair so I can train both sides evenly.
