瑜伽墊 Position 4mm - Light Sand/Clay Brown

The light sand color looks even better in person than online, and the grip keeps me stable during sweaty flows. It's just the right firmness for balancing poses, and the mat stays put on my wood floor.

The 4mm thickness provides just the right amount of cushion for my knees during floor poses, and the light sand color doesn’t show dust as much as my old mat. It grips the floor well even when I’m sweating through a hot yoga session.

I've been using this mat for my home workouts and the 4mm thickness is just right—my knees don't complain during floor exercises anymore. The grip holds up well even when I'm sweaty, and it rolls up compact enough to toss in my bag for travel.
